Remarks:

1. All the above room rates quoted are inclusive of 10% service charge and 3% government tax. For Harbour View International House, the rate is inclusive of 10% service charge and government tax is not required.
2. Hotel reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of appropriate payment.
3. One night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required at time of reservation. The reservation form should reach the Congress Secretariat before October 15, 2006.
4. Balance Payment of the total room charges will be required one month prior to arrival date.
5. All bookings must be paid through PC TOURS AND TRAVEL and will be confirmed on first come, first served basis.
6. Confirmation of room category is subject to availability upon reservation.
